Planning : You must develop a plan to lose your weight. Most of my clients come to me with 1 broad goal.

I know you do! But we need to develop a plan to get you there! You can't go cross country without a map, you can't lose 30 pounds without a plan! Here is a check list you need to fill out.
1: When do I want to lose my weight?2: How will I lose my weight?
3: What will I give up in order to lose weight?
Baby Weight Loss Tip #2
Nutrition : We have to create a great nutrition plan for you. Losing baby weight doesn't just happen. You need to eat healthy. Great nutrition is the key to weight loss! Here are some guidelines to follow when trying to find a great nutrition plan.
1: Eat clean healthy foods. (ex. fresh fruit, lean fish or chicken, NO FAST FOOD!!)2: Find a great diet plan to help you. (A good diet plan will keep you on track and educate you for the rest of your life.)
3: Eat Frequently. (This will help speed up your metabolism causing you to burn more fat at rest.)
what you put into your body is what you get out! If you eat clean, healthy foods, your weight loss will come sooner than later!
Baby Weight Loss Tip #3
Exercise : There is a lot of mumbo jumbo out there about people losing weight not doing any physical exercise at all! Please don't fall prey to this. You need to exercise for a lot of reasons.
1: Good for your heart.2: Good for your muscles.
3: Helps you burn fat quicker.
Exercise is great, and you don't have to go to the gym, but you need to do something to help get your blood pumping! I recommend that you exercise 3 to 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes. This will get your heart rate up, help you burn off that baby fat, and make you feel great!
Lets Sum It All Up
1: Create a great plan and stick to it!2: Create a great nutrition plan, be sure to eat healthy, and often!
3: Create a great work out plan, whether its in the gym or in your home, get that bloog pumping!
If you put those plans into action you will lose your baby weight fast, and get back into your old clothes!
