Abdominal fat is more dangerous than many realize

As we age, abdominal fat increases. Unfortunately, women struggle with this quite a bit more than men; mainly because people are naturally more muscle than women. Muscle burns fat; Thus it is always easier for men to lose excess fat. It doesn't make things easier for women, but it helps them understand this ongoing battle.

Let's first talk about the dangers of belly fat. These bags or beer bellies aren't simply very unattractive; in fact it is least concern. Fat in your stomach, don't just sit there and look ugly. You should realize that having a flat stomach is much more than just looking for good in a bikini; to be healthy and live long, satisfying lives. Delay until tomorrow does not respond anymore. You deserve to feel and look sexy regardless of which day of the month to sexy body today, nutrition and exercise their rights.
