How much water you should drink a day to lose weight?

If you're anything like me, you probably prefer drinking soda diet or diet Snapple over water. Unfortunately not drinking water will lead to health problems. Thus, the question is how much water to drink per day to lose weight? First I'll give you a run-down on why H20 is essential to overall health. Then I will answer the question of how much you should drink a day.

Water and our body function

Scientific studies show that 55% to 78% of our body consists of water. So that about two-thirds of our body consists of water. Obviously we need to stay hydrated, if we want to keep our body functioning properly.
