Much has been written and the role of carbohydrates in the weight loss industry. Some argue that they are bad for you and the enemy in your battle to lose weight, while others claim that they are actually good for you.

However, research now shows that this cannot be the case. Indeed for some people with a large amount of carbohydrates, which can allow them to maintain a diet for optimal weight, better than those who spend all their time trying to avoid them.

Carbohydrates, Glycemic Index, or associated with GI for short with various products of this scale that rated by. So carbohydrates do and how your body reacts when you try to limit the amount you consume?

Carbohydrates break down into sugars, thus your energy body to perform various tasks. If you limit the carbohydrates your body has no real power to burn fat. So in other words when you are sure that carbohydrates are bad, you actually do your body storing excess fat, which is what you are trying to avoid in the first place. You are unable to work as aggressively as you could before, like your body doesn't get sugar that should be incorporated into energy. If your body doesn't have enough energy to perform their normal tasks is not energy, to cope with you on the treadmill.

Reducing your carbohydrate in the long run, you can also lead to health problems in the long term. If your body to use protein to perform tasks normally left carbohydrates then your body will not be available in the protein for other things. Increased use of protein may lead to an increase in heart disease, cholesterol and, due to burning fat in the same way, increase body fat percentages within your body.
