There are two main elements of a long and healthy life. They are, diet and fitness. It may seem obvious, but how many of us have knowingly and with that in mind. Well you're not surprised to know that it's not a lot. Some of us can exercise regularly and some of us can eat healthily, but unfortunately very few of us are doing so.
