Counting calories is a myth

Many websites or diet gurus in favour of counting calories, which consume daily is the best possible way for you to lose weight. The main theory behind it really appear to be sound enough that if you burn say 2000 calories a day if you only eat 1500 calories a day you need to lose weight.

One important thing to consider with calorie counting diet that if it was just a case of counting them, why have more and more people who are considered obese? Common sense dictates that if all we had to make a few calories, then anyone can lose weight when they felt like it, and we wouldn't have this problem of obesity. This is the only force really you come to the conclusion that there is more than just counting numbers.

Some dieticians even claim that low calorie food wet than ordinary meal and after a short period of time a person wants something else, and thus aborting the low calorie food. There is also a problem with people getting confused to calories, they are consumers, because packing calories per 100 g of the sample and people, that is to calculate the amounts they eat in grams.

Counting calories did not take into account other important factors such as consumption, consumption of salt, sugar, fats and proteins that may be part of your inability to lose weight. Focusing on only one aspect of the calories you can easily forget other things. Even well known diets global brands that hold meetings in different locations are treated as calories, believing the Club, but you are rewarded with trading one calorie laced product that may have fewer calories, but higher than in other aspects. This once again confirms the part about focusing on calorie counting, thus taking your concentration on the bigger picture that stop you from losing weight.

Another big problem is the burning of calories. How do you know exactly how many calories you burn per day? You will be able to work out how much you should write to the gym but what about other things? Makes any activity that includes energy burns calories, but we do not measure how many calories it takes us in our kitchen. Thus, you get a false reading room records. It's easy to overstate the number then, or calories that you take in are so close to the record number, so that the difference is negligible.

Counting calories is too difficult to lose weight successfully. You're probably much better after another plan that can give you long-term weight loss that you desire.
