As a professional hypnotherapist, weight loss, I met all sorts of people who are interested and even desperate to lose weight.
They've tried all kinds of diets. They are no longer at all kinds of diets. The time when they come and they are willing to give me almost anything goes!
So why traditional diets fail? Based on my experience of treating clients over the years, here are my five explanations-and most importantly, my decision.
1.) lack of motivation. Despite the seemingly every woman you know, moaning about the size and shape-in fact, most people aren't really serious weight loss. Physical hardship comes from knowing that once you can eat it again (you come from Parliament, when you reach your goal) you start eating it again and goes straight to the weight. Hypnosis can help you achieve natural weight loss, healthy and balanced by changing your selection of products, behavior and appearance of your body.
3.) unrealistic goals. Many of us want to be the perfect size and shape, as well as models and celebrities, we see on TV and in magazines. In most cases, these people spend an enormous amount of time, effort and money and may be blessed with perfect genes, too. We all want to look beautiful, slim and attractive, and by the end of next week please! Nevertheless, we have all these things-it's just that sometimes we forget. Weight loss is often about wanting to look good. It's also good sense too. Hypnosis can help you really appreciate your own beauty and self-worth, and then develop better habits to help you achieve these things from the inside out and outside in!
4.) refuse too early. We want to be fine now! As soon as the diet a, b or c does not work for us for two days flat, we give up. "It doesn't work for me." and yet overweight, we have many months, even years to build. Hypnosis is effective immediately. Now, you listen to this is the moment you start changing your mind and change your behavior, then the result is changed automatically. And, well, maybe you will not be 14 pounds lighter towards the end of the week-but I had the results from the client 7 pounds a week until now! Oh and she said that the easiest ever made! This stuff works.
5. don't eat great.) Most people never get thin on chocolate, alcohol and fries because they completely "empty" calories that provide no nutritional value. The good thing about many traditional diets is that they call you cool-there are plenty of fruits, vegetables and products that are naturally fat. Hypnosis can help you make the right choices that are good for your body, mind and weight loss-and still allow you to eat foods that you love too!
