Four ways to lose weight quickly and safely

It always amazes me how much money people spend on fad diets and ineffective programmes. There seems to be a whole industry built around weight loss products useless and billions of dollars spent on useless items every year. I am convinced that if the industry is regulated as pharmaceutical industry, most of these companies out of business a hobby!

I'm a professional coach and tried many of these products for entertainment purposes only. Just don't live up to their expectations or promises, in my opinion. But there are a few exceptions. In this article I'm going to give 4 great tips for losing weight safely and effectively and will be focusing on eating and drinking.

(1) Meal replacement shakes: try replacing lunch each day with a meal replacement shake. I'm not going to offer a meal replacement shake, because there are many good and this is beyond the scope of this article, but there are certain criteria you should look for low-fat, high protein, high nutrition, enriched with vitamins. Meal replacement shakes may take some getting used to, but this method is very effective for weight loss.

(2) diet pills: most diet pills out there just don't work! They are over hyped and over-endorsed to add legitimacy, show inaccurate clinical results and provide very limited guarantee (always read the fine print). The only exception that I found is Caralluma assets. Caralluma is used by Indian tribes for centuries to suppress appetite. The tribes will go hunting for days without food and would not feel hungry. Caralluma assets start to become extremely popular in the Western world. It is very safe, has no side effects and with 100% safe ingredients.

(3) to go Low Carb: low carbohydrate diets are effective for weight loss in the short term. Too many people consume an excessive amount of bread, chips, crackers, potato, etc the body converts carbohydrates into fat unused, so if you are not exercising regularly and consuming excessive quantities of carbohydrates you'll likely get a way. I am a true believer in the Atkins diet and seen it work for many people. I would caution that on a diet of low cards for too long though! Body needs carbohydrates in function, and many people have digestive problems, because they cut too much carbs too long.

(4) consume a lot of water: I think that water is one of the most rated component of any diet. Water has many benefits-it gets rid of the toxins, it helps dispose of fat, moisturizes and enhances energy bodies and even proven to help people with depression! There are many more benefits that I could list! The average person should consume 64 fluid ounces of water a day. I believe that many women are "water weight" and consume very little water (if any). This is a big mistake. People need water to lose weight and the more the merrier!
